Pet portraits are a true love of mine.
I've been an animal lover forever. I have a Labrador who is the love of my life, we've always had dogs in my family and I was lucky enough to have horses when I was younger.
I'm a firm believer that pets are every bit as important as other family members and that's why they should be honoured with their very own pet portrait session!
I offer a full or mini pet portrait session. Scroll down or click the button below to find out more about pricing & packages.

PET PORTRAITS BY LUMIÈRE
My pet photography sessions are tailored to suit your requirements and capture your furry friends quirky and unique personalities.
No animal is too big or small -although I might struggle to get a horse in the studio!
We all know the puppy/kitten/foal stage is over all too soon, so capture those baby moments whilst you can!
Likewise, if your pet has been by your side for years, then now is the time to celebrate that with a proper professional portrait of them, you can get in on the photo too if you like!
We booked Laura for a pet photoshoot for our cocker spaniel Opie and we could not be happier with the final photos and framed print! Laura was great on the shoot and she is so great with dogs, she knew exactly what to do to get Opie posing!
We couldn’t recommend Laura highly enough.
We can't recommend Laura enough! We had a pet photoshoot for our puppy and throughout the whole process, we were met with Laura's quality care, amazing service and passion for what she does. Laura was so patient in letting him explore the new surroundings and get used to the camera, flashes etc, and she knew exactly what to do to capture his best moments. We love all the images!
What a fun evening we had for our pet photoshoot with Laura! She was so great at spotting fantastic settings and opportunities for some lovely photos and the whole experience was made so easy for us. Laura was so good with our dog and we now have some beautiful photos of her posing like a pro.

Where Do The Photoshoots Take Place?
Do You Only Photograph Dogs?
Depending on the pet, I offer:
Studio photoshoots - done in my Studio based in Esholt, Leeds
At-Home photoshoots - done in the comfort of your own home
Location photoshoots - done outdoors at a location of your choice
Nope! I've photographed all sorts of animals from guinea pigs to horses and rats to bunny rabbits! Dogs are my main type of pet photoshoot but I'm happy to photograph anything
(although I may struggle with a tarantula)!
What If My Dog Can't Go Off-Lead?
Can I Bring More Than One Animal?
Not to worry! I've photographed a few dogs who have to remain on lead and it's no issue. In these circumstances I often recommend owners bring a long line so it's easier to edit out of the photos and gives us a bit more creative freedom!
Absolutely! I've done photoshoots with different combination of animals, and multiple dogs/horses etc. If there is more than one animal I like to try and get a mix of individual shots and some of them together where possible.
